¡Tengo una sobrina nueva! Se llama María José. A mi hermana saco sus enormes ojos castaños y es la niña mas maravillosa y preciosa que jamás vieron mis ojos. Tengo un saco lleno de regalos a largo plazo, de ideas locas que quiero hacer materia. Como se puede a amar a alguien tan rápido, con solo mirarle... Mil besos para ella mi nueva motivación :).

am i allowed to take a auto insurance business to small claims court? The insurer company refused my claim, (I would go ahead and take responsible driver to small claims unfortunately I have no address to serve them or send a demand letter). The opposite driver was at fault however their insurance carrier states there can be a difference with our claims so they need to take the word of their insured vs. my word. There's no doubt that they acted in poor belief and did not accomplish a proper investigation would this manifest as a valid claim in small claims court? I want to accept the responsible drivers insurance company (not my own) to small claims to your damages to my car.
